Literacy Read-a-thon: April 1 - 30
BHES is holding the Literacy Read-a-thon for the month of April. We will not be taking pledge money this year, but there will be incentives for the students who are reading!

PAC Plant Fundraiser: April 1 - 23
Back by popular demand, BHES PAC is holding the plant fundraiser again this year. If you wish to order plants, please use the link on the main page of the website. Order Deadline: April 23 by midnight. May the blooms be everlasting.
Inline Skating: April 8 - 12 & April 22 - 26
Inline Skating will be offered for all grade levels in BHES. The fee is $20 and is available to pay either online or at the school office. Make sure your child brings socks and a helmet that is fitted correctly. Optional to bring: wrist guards and knee guards, if you own them.
Parent Teacher Interviews: April 10 & 11
Parent Teacher Interviews can be booked using the link that is found under the "Parent/Teacher Interview" menu option on the BHES website or directly with your child's teacher. The school will send an email home to parents once the links are made available.
Spring Break: April 15 - 19
Spring Break is from April 15 - 19. Hopefully, the sun will be shining and your family is able to spend some time together. Enjoy!
Grade 6 Spring Concert: April 25
The Grade 6 students will participate in their annual Grade 6 Spring Concert, filling the BHES Gym with song and entertainment for the parents. Please feel free to join us at 6pm.
Spring Photos: April 29 & 30
Spring photos for all students will be held on April 29 throughout the school day. If your child is a Tues/Thurs Kindergarten student, their photo day is April 30.
Kindergarten 2024/2025 Orientation: April 30
If you have a child that is entering Kindergarten in the 2024/2025 school year, BHES is holding an Orientation Night at the school for all new students and parents. We look forward to meeting all our new families! Please ensure that you register in order to attend.
